We recently saw your email regarding the return of your Chillito, and upon checking with our warehouse team, we confirmed that your return package was received today. As a result, we will be issuing a refund/credit for the charge back to your account, which should be posted within 3–5 business days. After seeing your review on our Trustpilot page, we checked into the matter and discovered that the replacement product we shipped to you on June 12 unfortunately never arrived. We completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after the repeated delays and the damaged product you first received.
