Great, fast service. Shipped same day, products arrived well packed. Like a kid I had to try it out same day it arrived. Worked great, will recommend to my other friends who go camping, hiking and canoeing. Great to have if the electric goes out.

online customer service great. had a lot of trouble finding additional batteries for travel cooler/freezer, but finally got help and two more batteries. the fridge seems to be going out of production for a newer model (no longer shown on the website), but they helped me keep the outdoor life alive. Thanks so much.

Great price for a great product.

We have come to a very successful resolution and am updating my review. Very happy as usual with GoSun and their customer service. I believe it is a USPS issue but I have not received my order, cannot respond to emails and I hate automated answering bots so filed a complaint thru PayPal and am awaiting a final response from them. I am sure the products are fine, mine is just lost in the system.
