I recently ordered a solar Backpack…
I recently ordered a solar Backpack kit. It was reduced in price. Product was being discontinued. Original price was 159.00 US dollars. Discontinued price. 79.00US dollars. I researched the product with a scrutinizous eye. And decided to purchase after continuous bombardment of E-mails. Offering 10% off. However when inquiring after purchase. I was informed that the 10% was only for new customers. I’m definitely in thier Database from many previous purchases to review and test thier products. So why would they tease me to buy , “ if” . I was not eligible. The product even at the discounted price was somewhat disappointing. The concept was sound. But the product itself was not of a quality or level of performance to even let out of the store. Not good. Would have been better to scrap or recall, upgrade the product. I’m open to discussing this. I will review and upgrade the product to a useful and functional kit worthy of its conceived intentions. Thanks , Nicolias ilchuk.
