ShippoReviews of goshippo.com

Our small specialty farm has grown online business quickly during the challenges of the past year through our website and Etsy. Shippo brings it all together as we process orders from our WooCommerce site and Etsy. Thank you!

SHIPPO is an EXCELLENT option for small business owners. Their service is cost effective and easy to use. Whenever I have had questions, I received clear, concise answers in a timely fashion.

The service works flawlessly with integration to online stores such as Etsy and Shopify, the volume discounts are saving my business money with various shippers and customer service is very responsive and helpful.

We have been using goshippo for the last year and 1/2 for our business! They have made improvements upon our feedback such as making the packing slip be able to reprint once you exit the print screen. We are grateful that it is free and gives us discounts! It is easy to navigate and use!

Overall Shippo is GREAT The only issue is when the option of using the Chat feature is not available. (Thankfully it does seem to be there a fair bit). But when you are in the middle of trying to ship an item and run into an issue it can be a bit frustrating that the only option is to email them, if the chat is not available. However, every time I have been able to use the chat feature the service has been great and they have solved the issue every time. Thank you to shippo. I do believe they offer the best overall service and you are very fair in your pricing. Thanks to Shippo and how it helps our company succeed.

This was the best shipping site i had found and i was really excited about the savings across the different shippers. And then i got back into Ebay and compared their shipping rates—exactly the same to the penny! poof!

I have found this to be the least expensive and most helpful shipping service to use. I checked out a few others and the shipping costs were much higher. I have struggled knowing exactly how it all works, like having to contact shippers myself to have packages picked up (Hint, hint, having the connection automatically contact them to make a pick-up would be awesome or at least letting us know plainly that we have to do it ourselves.) Some things are very plain, some things are not so much, but overall, since I do not ship frequently, I am happy with this service and grateful for it.

Super easy to ship my packages with Shippo! I love this platform for keeping track of my shipments. The savings on shipping is great too!
