Martin was excellent help and everything went smoothly just at Budapest hotel was not able to find reservations but after that it was ok.

Dear all : previusly we sent our comments by Face Book ...At the beginig of the planning of our trip we were scare to send a deposit ifnoring if we could lost it . Fortunately for us , Real Europa had a bank in USA that from our location was easier to make the deposits, and final payments. All the information that we received was amazing , like a history book of each city . Our guides also, were excellent in each city and we had the chance to have dinner with Samantha in Praga , having a great expirience with her and discussin our trip in a general form . We have had recommended to other mexican friends of the nice oportunity to visit that part of the world with a great advisors . Thank you very much for your services , atentions, etc etc ... We couldn't have been more fully supported for our trip from Prague to Vienna to Budapest and back to Prague. From the highly detailed itinerary that gave careful consideration to our interests, to providing public transportation tickets, private transfers from hotels to rail stations and airports - everything was carefully covered. The hotels selected for us in each city were excellent and our private walking tours exceptional. Our guides in Vienna and Budapest were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with, highly proficient in English and made our tours great fun. We especially enjoyed our guide in Budapest who personalized our tour as we went based on his conversation with us about what we were interested in while in Budapest. We cannot say enough about how well organized every aspect our trip was - as arranged by Go Real Europe. There were absolutely no hiccups or issues and we will use Go Real Europe again and have already recommended them to friends!

I was so glad I found Go Real Europe. They are extremely customer focused. They dot every i and cross every t. In every city you visit they arrange for a personal guided tour. I found all of the guides to be extremely knowledgeable. It was so great to have personal guide and not to have to strain to hear what a guide was saying with 20 plus people in the typical tours. I just wish Go Real Europe would expand to additional countries. They are wonderful.

Go Real Europe did an amazing job working with me on figuring out our itinerary for the trip. We went to Prague, Budapest and Krakow. Samantha did a great job of finding us tour, hotels, transportation, ect. All of the tours that she schedule were with great local companies who all did an amazing job. All of the hotels were really nice and in great locations, close to all major attractions in the cities. The transportation booked for us was great and all of the maps and extra info provided was really helpful. I would recommend them to anyone traveling to countries they are not familiar with and people who want to have some tours and things planned out but also time set aside to just wonder the city or hangout.

The overall rating is 4-star. The reason of one short of 5-star is that some information on location is not 100% updated and certain places we think can be skipped. Readers of this should not mis-understand this is bad, not at all, it is a very well planned trip and information given by Go Real Europe are excellent. I hope to join Go Real Rurope in the near future, and if they can consistently provide the same level of trip detail, information and support as I experienced, I will certainly give a 5-star overall rating. Thanks Go Real Europe...keep serving us the same high standard and detail.

Fabulous! Everything went to plan with the exception of an unforeseen train cancellation. No worries - a phone call to GRE and a solution was provided, with instructions for every step. The pre-trip service was brilliant - thank you Samantha! The information for the actual trip was excellent. All bookings were seamlessly accessed. It is easy to recommend this company and we will use them again when travelling in Europe.

My whole family (total of 5) travelled in Central Europe (Germany,Austria,Poland and Czech Republic) for the whole month of July 2016. Go Real Europe made it easy and enjoyable by providing all kinds of useful information and purchasing the train tickets and some of the hotel reservations in advance for us. Our liaison person, Jan Trybenekr was very helpful in all matters required to make our Adventure in Europe, a truly memorable one.
