To the team at Go Real Europe: We have now returned from our wonderful trip and I want everyone at Go Real Europe to know how much we appreciated their services! I have sung your praises to everyone I met on the Uniworld Cruise and to friends at home. The hotels, tour guides and itineraries selected for us by Katka were perfect. We especially appreciate Katka's willingness to help locate my husband's cell phone that had been left behind on the train at Budapest. You have a stellar organization for travelers to use as a resource. Hope to use your services again!

Our trip to Prague, Vienna and Munich was wonderful. Using Go Real Europe was a blessing. They were accommodating, flexible and really listened to what we wanted to get out of our time in Europe. Our guides were mostly good to great, and we learned a lot about the history of the countries and cultures. We used Grace as our guide, and I would recommend her or probably any others that you happen to work with. I would use Go Europe again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others that wish to go to Austria, Czech Rep., Germany and/or Poland.

Hi Andrew! Many thanks for your great planning! I must say that everything went smoothly! If you would like feedback on our trip and the hotels : Kampa Gardens is fantastic in terms of location, big room, tea/coffee and free mini bar! First time I have heard of this and it was a real treat! Martina at Reception was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. This hotel is highly recommended. Leonardo I think was no where near a 3 star. They lack amenities such as complimentary tea/coffee, water, phone and even no face tissue paper. For 3 guests they only have a room on the 3rd floor and you can imagine having to lug the heavy luggage up the stairs and then down again on checkout. The stairs was very worn out and a bit slippery that Richard almost tripped. They however have a kettle and some tea/coffee which guests can rent at 120 Czech per day. Auersberg Hotel have fantastic facilities and breakfast although I felt the Reception had double standards. The room is lovely and location is good too. It was such a treat to experience the snow . We really enjoyed the Sound of Music tour - mainly I think because we had a really jovial guide who was also a good entertainer. Hotel Continental has a really good location and fairly good breakfast. The building is a bit dated, but I guess the location makes up for it. The young chap at the Reception was very helpful and even loan me a kettle for free! Casati Hotel is fantastic too with great facility, complimentary tea/coffee and really good breakfast. Hendrik at the Reception was very good at his job and made us feel really welcome. Again, highly recommended. Feel free to give my compliments to Hendrik. The tour guides are all very good and professional and we learned heaps! All in all, we had a really great time and would certainly recommend Go Real Europe! Thanks again, Richard

I highly recommend Go Real Europe if you are travelling to central Europe . Our consultant, Samantha , was so easy to work with , very responsive to all my questions and had great suggestions to enhance the experience . Everything that Go Real Europe planned went off smoothly . I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could and would certainly use their services again.

A young team dedicated to their work with a lot of energy and passion.Happened to come across them online. As I lwss travelling from US, I first questioned whether they were legit. Did my homework and spoke with Jared who eased my fear. I was traveling with my wife and college going kids to Central Europe. Jared worked with me seamlessly back and forth , both for the pricing and the itinerary. He was prompt returning me emails and telephone calls. While on the tour Iwas able to contact them easily. At one hotel there was a problem with breakfast not included in the reservation. When I brought this up to Jared, it was resolved in no time. They provided me with tonnes of information about all the places and how to get there. They also provided me tickets for public transportation without which a lot of time would have been wasted trying to figure out details. Overall I am.extremely satisfied with their services and I would strongly recommend to anybody as they are easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

Great planning for our group of four. Wonderful small hotels centrally located. Each one had very nice breakfasts. The tour guides for the walking tours that they set up were all very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Most of the guides even added time to the tours at no extra charge to make sure we covered everything. The written itinerary they gave us was very detailed and very helpfull. I especially liked the city maps with codes for various highlights, such as, top attractions, hidden finds, recommend restaurants, shopping areas, hotels by name, metro stops by name, and other information. The train reservations they made for us were very convenient, including the overnight train from Budapest to Krakow. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Go Real Europe and I plan on using their services again next time we travel to the areas they operate in.

This company surpassed our expectations. Two women in our 70's had no trouble with their help. The tour guides provided in Prague,Salzburg and Vienna were tops. Having a walking tour at the start was a big help. The hotels were close to all the old cities, and the transportation reservations were all handled by them. Their tips and what to see was helpful.
