YES!! Use Go Real Travel! From the start our planner got to know us and helped us narrow down our country/city choices based on our interests. Activities were added to our itineraries based on what we do and don't enjoy. We loved the following: 1) The assigned drivers from airports and train platforms and vice versa were always easy to locate and totally stress free. 2) The hotels were beautiful, rooms and beds so comfortable, perfect locations, and all included free delicious breakfast. 3) We loved the 3 hour personal walking tours scheduled shortly after we arrived. It was a perfect way to learn about the cities history, architecture, people, food, ask questions, learn our way around, and the guides became friends we stay in contact with. 4) The open, honest communication and relationship we had with our planner, Justin, was key to making this the best vacation ever. He spent a lot of time making our trip our own. We wanted to go on a beer tour in Prague, make homemade pierogies with a polish grandmother in Krakow and this all happened, and all of the experiences were just my husband and I with a guide. No groups (unless requested). 5) The travel tickets (tram, subway, bus) all included if you chose to ride instead of walk. Included our detailed instructions of where to go and how to use the tickets. I've traveled Europe before and always loved it but this company and these people make your hard-earned vacation so happy and complete. We are planning our next go round so talk soon. Many thanks! Our first time using Go Real Europe was very positive and we would recommend them to others. The tour booklet provided us prior to departure was very helpful. And the ground transportation was flawless. We typically do not use a service provider like Go Real Europe and book everything ourselves so this was a departure for us. But it became very useful to us when our train was delayed due to obstruction of the track. I made 1 simple call to Go Real Europe to alert them to our delay and they handled everything for us - including private shuttle to hotel and notification to hotel of our delay. it was a great piece of mind.

These travel professionals listen to the interests of the traveler and build itineraries accordingly. They planned for an appropriate balance of structured tours and self-guided experiences. The hotels were excellent and well-located. Their on the ground directions to various sites were precise. All the drivers for important pick ups and drop offs appeared on time. We would definitely call Go Real Travel again for help in planning a trip.

Go Real was excellent. The written itinerary was clear, concise and covered every aspect we requested. The directions to and use of public transportation was easy to understand. The guides always touched base with us the evening before to confirm pickup and exactly where to meet them inside the lobby or outside on the sidewalk. The guides were knowledgeable, informative, and fun. Our guides were specific (grew up in the area)to the areas they took us. I would definitely contact this company again when I am ready to return to Europe

I cannot begin to recommend Go Real Europe more highly. They ensured that our trip was effortless and streamlined. We had not a single thing to worry over or fret about. Our first trip to Europe was absolutely perfect in every way due to their diligence in making sure that our specific needs and wants were attended to with great detail. They are SPECTACULAR and no detail was overlooked. They even went above and beyond in order to help out when we left something behind at one of the hotels. I would have made one slight change and that was in one of the hotels where we stayed. However, that was my fault, not theirs. I had a option to change this and did not elect to make a change. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was lovely and comfortable. The staff very kind, but it was just not ideal for us. It seemed massive and appeared to be a bit deserted, possibly due to the size of the place. We did not see much activity or movement about the inn and felt pretty isolated there. However, the view from the terrace was perfect.

After requested input from us on our likes and dislikes, Go Real Travel put together quite a reasonable vacation itinerary in Budapest. We ended up tweaking the daily schedule after we arrived, and found the instructions on getting around invaluable. The pickup driver met us at the airport just as planned and delivered us to the Hotel worry free. The Hungarian language is quite different from the romance languages with which my wife and I are familiar, but many Hungarians in the city speak English, including the hotel staff, who were very helpful in answering our questions. The transportation ticket package was great, getting us all around the city on the various forms of public transportation, including the Soviet era yellow line running under Andrassy Ave, heading up to Hero's Square and the Szechenyi Baths. (We ended up experiencing the Gellert Baths as we enjoy seeing Art Nouveau architecture.) Go Real Travel removed many of the typical worries travelling to a foreign destination.

Germany and Krakow for group of 4- Outstanding Vacation We are the other couple from this group of four and everything that was written in the previous review backs up exactly how we felt about all aspects of the support received from Go Real. We discovered places we probably wouldn't have explored ie. Spreewald. Also we were not used to public transit in Europe and found the detailed instructions re which tickets to buy, where to buy, how to purchase were invaluable. At the end of each day over dinner we delightfully chatted about how smooth the trip was going. Highly recommend using Go Real and for future trips. Thank you Clay and Grace.
