Hello there, I'd like to extend our apologies that your custom-made order did not arrive in the time frame as anticipated. I do appreciate the time you took to give us your feedback. Due to the COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Also, as stated on our Pupsocks website in our FAQs, international orders can take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product (not counting production time).
