Hi Erin, We are terribly sorry you did not receive your package as anticipated. Besides it being the holiday season, COVID affected our shipping timeframes tremendously. I noticed you were in Canada which means you experienced more of a delay because of your countries own Covid protocol. I see you weren't too satisfied with the overall quality of our socks and for that, we apologize. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected.
