I noticed you were in Canada which means you experienced more of a delay because of your countries own Covid protocol. Due to the COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Also, as stated on our Pupsocks website in our FAQs, international orders can take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product (not counting production time).
