Hello there An, It excites us to know that the image came out great, but it's unfortunate that the material did not come out the way you expected. We go above and beyond to satisfy our customers which is why I want to give you a coupon code for you to use on your next purchase. On your way to check out, use the code: TRUST20. Use it on any item, personally, I would recommend the blankets, I gave one for my wife and she melted! We hope you have better expectations the next time. For questions and concerns, email us at [email protected]

Hello there Madeline, Our puppy little heart a broken to see that the material of the custom product didn't meet your expectations. Our designers team works their paws off to always find and use the best materials when crafting our Pup Socks. Us, pup workers, make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but, at the same time, they can be worn.
