It is unfortunate to see that you had to go through this experience and wish you had gotten your custom product sooner. I did check the system to see if the issue was resolved and I was excited to see that we were able to send you a replacement. I do want to mention that most of the previous reviews that our customers leave us, we had already resolved the issue for them, they just leave their old Trustpilot reviews giving the impression that we don't attend to them.
