Hi Lisa, Thanks for the feedback! It was not our intention to send you someone else's special gift and for that, we are deeply saddened. Besides it being the holiday season, COVID affected our shipping timeframes tremendously. In order for us to improve as a company, we take your feedback extremely serious and will try to be more transparent with our shipping details. Glad to see we reached a solution via email. If you have any additional feedback please email us directly at [email protected]. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae

Hi Penny, We are terribly sorry you did not receive your package as anticipated. Besides it being the holiday season, COVID affected our shipping timeframes tremendously. I noticed you were in Canada which means you experienced more of a delay because of your countries own Covid protocol. After looking into your order specifically, I see your order was delivered. Please feel free to email us directly if you have any additional concerns at [email protected]. We appreciate your business and your patience! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae

Hi Hunter, Thanks for placing an order with us. We are terribly sorry for the fulfillment mishap with your previous order. I also would like to apologize for the lack of better correspondence. We’ve worked so hard to create a structured production and fulfillment process and hate that we dropped the ball with your order with us. We are thrilled a replacement order was created and delivered. We appreciate your business as well as your patience and look forward to any future orders you may have. Feel free to contact us directly with any additional feedback or questions. Thank you for your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae

Hi Lacey, Thank you so much for your feedback! We are so thrilled your picture came out perfect on your socks. We always strive to deliver a top-tier quality product and we are extremely sad that we didn't with your special gift. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. Because we are customer-focused, we would love for you to please give us a 2nd chance to "pup-your-socks off". Please go to Gopupsocks.com and use "Trust20" on any other of our custom-made products! We want and appreciate your business! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐾
