Hi Jessica, We are terribly sorry you did not receive your package as anticipated. Besides it being the holiday season, COVID affected our shipping timeframes tremendously. I noticed you were in Canada which means you experienced more of a delay because of your countries own Covid protocol. After looking into your order specifically, I see your order was delivered. Please feel free to email us directly if you have any additional concerns at [email protected]. We appreciate your business and your patience! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐶

Hi Blandine, Thank you for your feedback! We know it can be frustrating when you don't receive what you ordered in a timely manner but we really appreciate the patience you had with the company during one of our busiest seasons. COVID did play a huge role in the delay of your order. Unfortunately, it looks like your package was lost in transit. In order for us to improve as a company, we take your feedback extremely serious and will try to be more transparent with our shipping details. We are glad to see a replacement order was delivered. If you have any additional feedback please email us directly at [email protected]. We want and appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae

Hi Alan, Thanks for your feedback! We are terribly sorry your socks only had one puppy on them. After looking into your order, I see you only purchased one face. In order to achieve the outcome that you wanted, you would have needed to place each pair in the cart individually. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any additional feedback. We appreciate your business! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae

Hi Michelle We are extremely sad you didn't receive your order when originally expected, and for that, we apologize. Due to COVID shipping guidelines, your delivery expectation window was altered, especially since you're located internationally. After looking into your order specifically, we couldn't find any contact attempts. With that said, please email us directly at [email protected] to confirm your order issues have been rectified. As always, we appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you for your business and patience! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae
