Hi Laura, Unfortunately, we do not have anything in record stating that you have emailed us. I do, in fact, see that you have placed in order with us. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience it may have caused. We are saddened to see that the quality of the socks did not meet your expectations. We strive to always find and use the best materials when crafting our Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but can also be wearable. We do appreciate the time you took to give us a review, this is a growing company and this let us know what we need to improve on. Hello there Thanks for placing an order with us. We are terribly sorry for the fulfillment mishap with your previous order. We’ve worked so hard to create a structured production and fulfillment process and hate that we did not reach your satisfactions with us. We wanted to ensure that your order issue has been resolved, however, we could not locate any specific order details based on the information provided in your organic review. That said, please email our support team directly at [email protected] to confirm that your order issue has been rectified to your satisfaction. We look forward to hearing from you.
