unwearable
This review is for a pair of custom socks, size kids youth 1-5. I don't normally leave reviews, especially not negative ones as I'm pretty flexible and accepting of products as they are, but am hoping this review can help improve the product for future purchasers. First of all, after weeks of my order status being listed as in production with no update, I discovered that the company had never actually been able to upload the photo for my order. I reached out to customer service and that was resolved within a few days. The socks finally arrived today and I could immediately tell that they would not fit. The foot part of the sock was about twice as wide as a normal youth sock and the sock on the whole wasn't shaped like a sock at all. It looks more like a tube with a wide base and a slightly less wide upper half. There is no bend at the heel and it's unwearable, especially for a size 1-5 foot. I would include a photo, but there isn't an option to upload a photo here. I'm not sure if this is a factory defect? Or maybe an issue with the youth size? It's a little confusing to get something so unlike a wearable sock, especially when there are so many seemingly positive reviews for PupSocks.

Bought two pairs and wasn’t all the way pleased with the second pair. They read my review and corrected the problem without me even asking. I figured I was stuck with the ok pair. I appreciate great customer service because it’s not a common practice anymore!

I wish I could give a ZERO. I paid $26.00 for a pair of socks that are the WORST quality I've ever seen in ANY garment. When I contacted the company they refused to give me a refund. They say they are US based but this feels like a foreign county experience. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

This is my third time ordering from PupSocks and I am always very happy with my item! I ordered the large blanket with two faces (one human and one furry friend) and my friend LOVED IT! The blanket is very soft and cozy and the faces are just perfect. If you're looking for some truly unique gift ideas, PupSocks has you covered!
