Hello there Gabriella, We are saddened to see that the quality and fit of the custom product didn't meet your expectations. We strive to always find and use the perfect materials when crafting our Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but, at the same time, they can also be worn. We do appreciate the time you took to give us a review, it's a growing company and this let us know what we need to improve on. Believe me, Gabriella, our main focus is to make our customers happy and for them to have a memorable gift. We value and appreciate your business.
