Hi Jo Beth, Thanks for your feedback! I see you weren't satisfied with the overall quality of our socks and for that, we apologize. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. In order for us to improve as a company, we take your feedback extremely seriously. I wanted to ensure your order issue has been rectified, however, I don't see any contact attempts. With that said, please email us directly at [email protected] so we can create a solution for you. We look forward to resolving your order issue as promptly as possible. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team
