ordered over 21 days ago, order is not here.
Response from GoPupSocksOct 21, 2021
Hi Jannine, Thanks for your feedback! I'm sorry you haven't received your order as anticipated and for that, we apologize. After looking into your order, I see your order left our facility on October 13 and currently arrived at "Regional Facility". I noticed you were in Canada which means you experienced more of a delay because of your countries own Covid protocol and the excessive backlogs. We do ask for all international orders to allow 5-20 business days after production for delivery. We do sincerely apologize for the transit delays and the inconvenience this has caused. Please email us directly at [email protected] if you have any additional concerns or questions. We appreciate your patience and business. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟

Quality is good, but they seem like they're huge! Bought for my 14 yo granddaughter and they look pretty big, more like a men's sock. I would have purchased more, but they were kinda pricey for sock.
Response from GoPupSocksOct 21, 2021
Hi Sally, I am glad you like the quality of the PupSocks. I am sorry that they may be too big for your granddaughter. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight and fit perfectly based on size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. In order for us to improve as a company, we take your feedback extremely serious. Please feel free to email us directly if you have any additional concerns at [email protected]. Have a great day! 🌸 The PupSocks Team

The product itself was nicely done. The material of the blanket was a little thinner than I thought that it would be. Also, I paid for the "gift packaging" option on my order, and there was no gift packaging when it arrived.
