Socks were very thin & cheap. The face of the pup on the sock was so dark, you could barely see her face. I reached out to customer service with no reply on how to make this right. Unfortunate and disappointing …I would not order again nor recommend.

I contacted Pup socks after receiving my order. You could not even see that it was a dogs face, it was a black blurr. I contacted them to get a replacement, but I never heard back, so it was a $30.00 waste. Im sincerely disappointed these were a gift!

Received the incorrect order. Bad response from the company. Only when I disputed the charges with the credit card company did I get a response. They finally made my order right but after Christmas had passed. Not a fan of their crop job either. I would not recommend.

Absolutely NO customer service. I ordered these socks for my daughter for Christmas, and they didn't arrive until after Christmas, which was LONG after the shipping date the company originally told me. When they did arrive, the design was horrible! My daughter's dog's face looks like a black blob- absolutely no definition at all to see his face AND the socks were made of this strange, slick fabric that are almost unwearable. I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact customer service (they are only 'available' by email), and have gotten no response. BE WARY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I spent over $30 and have absolutely nothing decent to show for it :-(

Very happy with the products, only issues is it took almost a month to received it.

My wife got these for me so I’m reviewing under her name. Images are pretty clear. Socks are very comfortable. I’m from Miami and I wore these on a cold winter day in Seattle and they actually kept my feet warm yet were still breathable. Would highly recommend.

The 2 pairs of socks I ordered look great! I received a notice the week before Christmas that they were shipped. I didn't receive them until this week. The shipping was not what I expected, but I do like the socks.
