Very underwhelmed & disappointed with this product & customer service. First for the quality of the socks…when the socks arrived, I thought they mistakenly sent us a tie becuase of the shape and material. The socks are very awkwardly shaped. I purchased as a gift for my husband (mens size 10.5) and the sock was SO wide. When he tired them on, the fit was bizarre, to get them to fit “properly” the heel markings were up past his ankle. The material of the sock was also very odd, they were stiff and almost seemed like a tie or a sock that would go over a shin guard in soccer. The photo of our pup came out ok so I will give them credit there but I certainly would not purchase these again, which is disappointing. Finally I purchased for a Christmas gift with the “Christmas arrival guarantee” or you’d get your money back. Not only did my socks come over a week after Christmas, I have YET to hear back from their customer service department about a refund. Feels like a scam.

Socks came that were NOT my dog, not the color I ordered, and TWO DOGS that were not mine. I sent email on 12/29....was patient, but STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I'd like to get the socks I ordered, please. Order #2709126

My experience with ordering, delivery, etc. was superb. The pictures of my dog were cute and well designed with the full sock covered in two pictures of his head/face. However, the quality of the socks was very poor. The material is unappealing, almost synthetic and artificial feeling. When you put them on (they are shaped like a tube) the area on the front opposite the heel is baggy and doesn't sit well with the bend of your foot/ankle. And, when you put them on, the dog faces are all distorted due to the stretched out material. These are useless and will unfortunately have to go in the trash immediately.

The socks are nice quality but customer service is not good. I was sent an incorrect order and Wrote to the company but haven’t heard back yet. :(

Unfortunately the pup socks came a month after the order was placed (somewhat expected due to holiday demand), however not only did they come late, they were completely the wrong size (ordered woman's medium and size delivered was at least a men's large (although no mention of the size anywhere on the sock packaging). Also, the picture was not recognizable. I wish they had reached out before filling the order if they did not feel the quality of the picture would work on the sock. For $30 plus shipping I was extremely disappointed.

I was very disappointed in the quality of these socks. They were not as represented and I sent an email to the customer service email and it does not go thru.

These socks were a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He loves them.
