Nice idea but terrible company... I ordered 14th of December 2021. Now it´s the 14 of Jan 2022 and I still haven't received my package. No answer from the support. I will give it a couple of days and then I will make American Express deal with this scam.

I ordered a pair of socks over a month ago. I have yet to receive them. I have tried contacting the Pup Support Team and all I can get is a standard we are busy and will contact you shortly message.

These socks were my husband's favorite gift this year! So clever and cute!

Great message. Was excited to give these as holiday gifts and support a brand that aligns with our family values in aiding humane societies. Very disappointed that I ordered over a month ago, received notice that my product “shipped”, only to be redirected to some bogus UPS site and ensuing crickets and ghosts from the vendor. The pup socks company has a great message, but terrible execution. 35 days and counting. At this point I want the product based on principle, but will spend future dollars on equally worthy causes and better execution. I would not recommend this brand.

Ordered three pairs of socks for Christmas presents for myself and my family. Only one pair had my pet on it, the others were a random pug and a cat. Took a month to be delivered, wrote into their customer service and haven’t heard back in over three weeks. Don’t buy unless you want someone else’s pets.

Great Product

Ordered On Dec 1 and still haven’t received (it’s 1/13). Also tried to connect with you with no response. You guys are terrible.

I placed my order on December 10th with fingers crossed it would arrive by Christmas. Much to my dismay, it did not arrive until January 5th. Numerous attempts at contacting customer service went unanswered until January 10th when I finally rec'd a response to my emails indicating my order was delivered on the 5th (gee, thanks). I think one of the problems lie with the third party company that is used for deliveries. After reaching out to the USPS, they indicated my package had been sitting with the other delivery company for quite a few days. Once the package made it to the USPS, it was delivered the next day. (USPS Customer service was extremely helpful by contrast) I do appreciate the Pupsocks cause but experiences like this can really taint a persons perception
