USPS lost my socks, customer service was great and got me another pair quick. Quality is poor. Real cheap plastic material and not comfortable. Printing is actually done pretty well though. Novalty socks but not ones you'll wear around comfortably.

I have reached out 3 times and have NEVER gotten a response. The first time was because the order did not arrive when expected. They second and third time was due to the fact my order was wrong. I will not purchase again.

Awesome product idea. Socks are a bit uncomfortable and shaped odd.

This was my second time ordering from this company. The first time went well, this time, not so much. I ordered the socks long before Christmas and thought for sure they would arrive by then. I sent messages to the company multiple times and got no response. Finally AFTER Christmas I got a reply saying sorry they were so late. If you want these for a gift, just make sure to order at least a month or more before you want to receive them.

Ordered 2 pairs in November. Knowing I was cutting it close to Christmas, I wasn’t mad when they arrived a few days after Christmas. I was and remain mad that only 1 pair has been delivered. Numerous messages with customer service and no reply indicating if they will be able to help. I don’t believe it was a case of 1 package missing as it was only 2 pairs and they should have been shipped together, plus the packaging said 1/1. No idea where the other pair is and would just like a response from this aimless group.

If you are going to advertise around the holidays, you'd better be prepared to fulfill your orders or have the customer service staff to handle questions. I ordered two pairs on December 1 and received an email that they would be shipped within 5-8 business days. I did not receive them until January 10th. In the meantime, I filled out an inquiry form twice on their website to find out the status of the order. I never had a response. The socks are OK, not great quality, not comfortable. The print quality is OK, but my black dog looks pretty black without as many highlights as in the photo. Overall, I was really disappointed in the experience and would not recommend ordering from this company.

So darn cute!! My sister loves her new pup socks. Both her dogs look terrific. They are striking and fun. She says they are comfortable too and fit great.
