I thought the socks were more like dress socks but instead were more like work socks. Not impressed. My order took 6 weeks to arrive. I contacted the company 3 seperate times & never got a response. I finally was given a tracking number, but I never could track the package. They just showed up one day. I can understand the shipping & customer service issues with Covid & Christmas, but the quality was average at best. Disappointed!

Don't waste your time or money. I made the mistake of ordering two pairs of customized socks in November - for a Chistmas gift. TWO months in advance. I only ever received one pair, just last week (Jan 10) while the other still remains "on hold" as if that explains anything. The pair that did arrive are the worst material for socks that I have ever felt or seen. Truly a disaster - just don't do it.

The delivery took 4 weeks, but I received the wrong order. I emailed the customer support team 3 times over a period of 3 weeks and I finally received a response after I filed a complaint via BBB.org. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from the PupSocks support team and the associate was very helpful and apologetic. I received my order a week after speaking with the associate. She sent me tracking information, which I appreciated. The quality of the socks is decent, but not great.

Horrible Customer Service, My order got lost in UPS limbo, I tried emailing support 5 times with no reply. I tried Facebook and messenger still no response. At this point my only option is a charge back through my bank. You lost a returning client.
