The fabric is terrible. It feels like plastic. The website mentions "soft" fabric, but this cloth is stiff and not soft at all. Also, my order was shipped on Jan 4th via UPS but only arrived today (Jan 18) because UPS handed it over to the USPS. I was unable to track the package. I am completely unsatisfied.

My purchase was a gift for someone and I was impressed with how well the order went. The socks turned out super cute. Staff were very responsive to any questions I had. All went smooth from start to finish. Timely delivery too. I’d recommend this to others.

Order took way longer than expected and longer than web site led me to believe (6 weeks in total). I contacted them via email and also through their chat feature online. No reply. I emailed them asking to cancel. Crickets. Socks finally showed up and are just *okay*. This is not how to do business. I would never recommend.

Accord to pup socks policy I should have received my socks two weeks before the holidays. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times with no response from the company. The only reason I got a response at all was because I had to do a charge back and then the socks were ready within a day. This company has horrible customer service and I would never buy anything from them again
