Everything was PERFECT, except delivery time. And, was a little pricey. I understand that everything is custom, so you are going to pay a little more. But, it ended up being 26$ for one pair of socks, out the door. The socks themselves were well-made and were exactly what I ordered.

I ordered a blanket as a gift for a friend. I was very impressed with how quickly my item was shipped. The blanket looked exactly how it was pictured on the website and the pictures appeared perfectly! I think she’s going to love it! I will definitely order again!

Loved it. Great quality too

First, I made my order on 12/23 and it did't arrive until 1/8. Even with consideration for the holidays that is a long time to wait for something. The gift came out cute and "did the job" but the socks are made with a terrible material that looks like plastic (probably 100% polyester) and the mask came out too small and is also made out of that same plasticky material. Overall it did the trick, but I doubt I'll ever order this again since the material it's made of is truly heinous.

Don’t get me wrong, I understand times are tough but the way I was handled as a customer is ridiculous. I sent an email on December 14th and received a response to THAT email at least two weeks later. In that time, I sent two more emails(which were sent one week apart) trying to get information about my product shipping. Zero response!!! Next thing I know is I was told my product was shipping. Finally!!! Well, after that information I was told it would be delivered on 1/11 but that didn’t happen. It finally got delivered on 1/14 or 1/15. I paid for two day shipping which that didn’t happen. The socks are nice and my husband and kiddo loved them but you seriously need to work on your customer service.
