Ordered two pairs of socks for Christmas. One came with correct dog face, the other came with a random dog. Have contacted customer support three times over two weeks and have received absolutely nothing in reply. Cool product with terrible customer service.

Socks are odd - they are tube shaped, not formed like most human feet and ankles. Also, took a month to get to me.

AWFUL. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER ( I recieved 1 of 2 orders) AND YOU HAVE NO CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ME TO SEND AND EMAIL, or TO MAKE A PHONE CALL? Wrong Order received..Pupsocks never got back to me A couple weeks ago I ordered a pair of L socks with our two cats' faces on them w/ a taco background for my boyfriend. It was going to be a great Christmas gift. Unfortunately when my order arrived this was not so. I opened the package and found some rando's fluffy yet cute dog on the socks w/ a "dog dad" background. I emailed Pupsocks about this but have not received a response. Waste of $30. Not cool......

When I saw the ad for pupsocks I really wanted the product and I wanted to be impressed but so far I'm not. It only took three or four days after my order for them to turn around and send me an email saying my order has shipped. That was December 1st. The email contained a statement about USPS saying it could take up to five business days for USPS to scan the item into its computer. I understand that. It's been 15 days since my email saying my item was shipped has been received and USPS still does not have my item in their computer. Emails to pupsocks have been returned with the mailer daemon undeliverable response and a message that I sent them through their chat window triggered an email that said I would get a response within 72 hours. Again I'm just not impressed, and at this point I'm not sure my item is ever coming, or that the company is reachable, or if the item does not arrive, that I will be able to get a refund. Communication could certainly be better. At this point I should be feeling excited about my items arrival, and not concerned that I may have been ripped off. As a follow up...on 12/23 with no warning, the item arrived. It was not in the package with the provided tracking. Item is okay to nice, but not worth the endless frustration of the misleading email and non responsiveness of Pupsocks.

Very disappointed!!! My order took a month to come in and then the order was wrong. No response from customer service. Return policy is laughable especially since it was the company’s fault of a misprint. Highly do not recommend this company and the quality of the merchandise received is horrible!

Was assured a fast turnaround, 10 days later and I'm still hearing nothing back from the company. Charged me 10 dollars to cancel and never got anything from customer service. Merry Christmas.
