Got the wrong socks delivered. 24 hours later…no response!

I was worried that the photo I had sent in wouldn’t crop well but it was PERFECT the blanket is so soft! The colors are so bright, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Received the wrong order.

I ordered November 28th, my order was marked shipped December 1st and it is over two weeks later with no updates on where my package is or if I will even get it in time for Christmas as it is a gift. I have emailed twice now and have yet to get a response. It said it could potentially be delayed five days due to Covid delays but it’s been 16 now with no updates.

If I could give no stars, I would. My items still haven’t arrived and you people refuse to answer messages. I will tell everyone I know not to order from you.

They’re a really terrible quality. Really disappointed.

I only received half my order and they are unresponsive to my inquiries about it. For expensive socks, I would expect to get them

I never received my order and the tracking says that USPS is awaiting the item from PupSocks.
