Never received order. Attempted to reach out and email multiple times and email keeps showing undeliverable. Do not recommend, will not buy from here again.

I asked for the hats be left on the dogs. The hat was left on one but not the other

I ordered a blanket on 11/30/21. I rec’d notification that the order was in the process of being shipped on 12/3/21. I kept checking to see the status, tracking status never updated. I received a blanket in the mail on 12/13/21, no packing slip, only address indicated that it was possibly from pupsocks. The blanket was someone else’s blanket. Not the one I ordered. I looked for contact information fir the company. Referred back to the website…there is NO phone number to call, only a form to fill out, which i did, email said it will take up to 72 hrs for a response, at this time we are edging towards hour 71 and still no response. I get multiple emails with enticing promotional discounts, but none related to my order. I have little faith that this order will be received in time for xmas. Highly disappointed at the lack of customer service/communication. I have read other reviews, since and it appears others have had similar experiences, very unorganized/unprofessional. I feel bad for the person that also did not receive their blanket, as it came to me.

Very, very disappointed. Sadly, the socks took over 3 weeks to arrive and are of someone else's dog. Customer service has not responded.

I ordered socks for my son with our new gray and black catahoula on it. I received socks with a black mouth cur (Black and Tan on it). Clearly not our dog. There is no easy way to contact a live person. I've sent 4 emails and submitted a ticket and a chat. Still no response.

Great product, delivered in time for Christmas

If I could go negative I would. Order has been in production since the date I placed it. Was supposed to be a Xmas present. They do not reply to emails for order updates and there is no phone number provided. When I cancelled my order they don’t fully refund you. Never again! Do NoT order from this company.

The pictures are great, but the quality of the socks was very disappointing.
