I gave this blanket to my granddaughter for her December birthday with her dog Elle's face on it. She is away from home for the first time at college. She can now cuddle with Elle even though they are not together! It was her favorite gift. She loved it. It is very soft and cute but the fact that it has your pets' face on it makes it so special.

After waiting almost a month, all I got was an empty bag in the mail. I have sent many emails requesting a replacement or refund. Your only reply has been that someone will contact me shortly, which of course nobody has.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered my socks more than three weeks ago. I have reached out to PUP socks numerous times with no reply. There is no phone information, only an email. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I received someone elses order. I then submitted two chats (no response) and three emails (no response). VERY disappointed with customer service. Hoping they will come through and fix this!

Should have read the reviews before ordering :S Placed an order on November 23. Wasn't shipped until the 3rd and I still have no tracking information despite their notice saying it could take up to 5 days to appear. It's now been 2 weeks with nothing. I am not expecting them to arrive at all at this point, but maybe that's a blessing given the reviews of the actual product quality. This company is ridiculous
