I hate to write negative reviews and leave such low scores, however, I have tried to contact you twice now since last Thursday and am still waiting to hear back. I ordered a pair of socks and received the wrong pair of socks. (Wrong style, wrong DOG). I just want this to be resolved.

They sent me the wrong socks! The little dachshund is very cute, but we don't have a dachshund. I am very disappointed, because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and a replacement will definitely not make it here on time. I also have not received any communication from the company after I sent an email with a picture of the incorrect socks.

The socks are the cutest. Didn’t realize they are tube socks. That’s on me.

I ordered two pair of socks with two different pictures of our dog. One pair of socks and almost what I asked for but the second pair of socks had a picture of a dog that was not mine. I’m still waiting on a reply from customer service but since I got this review request I figured I’d do it now. Hopefully they will make it right and hopefully I’ll get the socks before Christmas.

The printed face just looks like a bunch of black stains on the socks. I reached out to customer support multiple times. Never heard back.

Picture cropping and image was great but not impressed with quality of socks. There is a visible line where the socks are folded which is quite noticeable as it is a white line on red socks.

They sent me the wrong order and after contacting them multiple times in the last 2 weeks, they have yet to get back to me.

Never received item. Never received refund. Scam company!
