After a houseful of unconditional love for over 15 years, our 2 precious pups passed on. I had pup socks made for my son as a remembrance. I didn’t know anyone who had used this company, so I took a risk. I was very excited when they arrived - they are better than I could have ever imagined. Simply beautiful, great image quality. If I could give this ZERO STARS I would. I have not received my order. Thanks ordered 11/20/21. On dec 1 the company said my order shipped. USPS never received the package. Despite numerous emails to “customer service” I have no reply from them. I’m giving it until dec 20 and then I’ll have to contact PayPal for a refund “item never received.” Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service, as in non-existent.
