Fast shipping, fair price and quality product!

The products I've ordered have always come back looking good and arrived in a timely fashion.

I placed an order on 11/22/2021 and received a message that it was complete and shipped on 12/1/2021. USPS has not received the package now 16 days later. Pupsocks has NOT responded to any of my requests for info on my package. Terrible customer service and I can't rate the product because I have not received. I think I am out $80. Lousy way to do business.

Package issued a tracking number on Dec 1. 15 days later and has still not been shipped, even though we have been charged for the products AND shipping. I’d rather have a delayed arrival than a totally missing item.

I customized a blanket, mask & pair of socks for Christmas gifts for my family. The blanket & mask showed up but the socks are nowhere to be found. Says in the email all 3 items shipped together and it has been over three days and I can’t get a hold of customer service. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. The two items that did arrive are decent quality except one of the face’s on the blanket is muffled.

Disappointing. I ordered one pair of socks for a Christmas gift on Nov 28th. I have yet to receive them. USPS still shows as “waiting to receive package” and no one from PupSocks has gotten back to me about my order despite my efforts. Its been nearly 3 weeks!

Ordered in November and says it was complete on the first of December. USPS says they never received it and when I reached out to customer service I get no response.

Amazing quality!! Couldn’t be happier with my socks.
