My pup socks arrived (5) pairs that are all different. One pair does not look good. The picture of the animal is dark almost black and you cannot make out the features. The other four pairs look great. I am giving a 3 star review because of the lack of customer service. I have sent two emails now and have not received a response. The pair that I have an issue with is the original pair that prompted the entire order. I'm disappointed that my daughter will not have her special socks with her cat's picture on them in time for Christmas.

Customs Fee was 7,92 EUR total for 2 pair of socks. Quality is bad (seem like a rubber only). Quality and price are Better elsewhere.

We have not received our socks we ordered in November for Christmas. We need them resent or sent foe the 1st time. We received the blanket but not the socks. The socks were for our son. We cannot get anyone to respond to our requests for help.

I orders two pair of socks and a large blanket. I receive my blanket. I have sent 7 different emails asking for status of my missing order or two pairs is socks. I got one response stating I will be contacted shortly. 2 weeks later still nothing. I owed two pairs of socks or a refund. No one is return my my email to customer service.

I ordered two pairs of socks on 11/22 and they arrived around 12/6 or 7. One pair is great but the other is why I have to give Pup Socks only 2 stars for poor service. I had selected the mo eT print design to include two different pics of our dog. What I received was a plain beige pair of socks with my dog’s pictures. The money print design was completely missing. I immediately filled out the contact form and got a message back that someone would be assigned to my issue and respond as soon as they could, which may take 72 hours. Here I am 10 days later and multiple attempts to reach customer service but not a peep out of them, so I doubt my socks will be replaced in time for Christmas- if ever. It is very disappointing and SO aggravating as I have spent far too much time following up and getting nothing but crickets back. PupSocks claims to respond within 72 hours and to replace misprinted items in 7 days, it neither has happened in my case. Very disappointed in the QC failure and complete absence of Customer Care - especially since I continue to get marketing emails every day.

Faces on the blanket look great and the blanket is so soft and warm.
