Super excited to order this gift for my husband! So totally disappointed that I received my socks with the sample puppy on it and not my dog. You would think that somewhere along the production line a person would have noticed the error and that the yellow lab in the sample did not match my red bloodhound. After 4 days I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service as the only way to reach out to them is via email. With less than 7 days until Christmas, I don't think a replacement will come in time. But first they would have to answer my email from 4 days ago. If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly have made that option!

The socks are cute, but the image did not come out very well. (Our doggo is black with brown markings.) When I submitted the image, I asked to be contacted if the image would not be clear enough for screening, but no one reached out. A proof image would have been helpful. Also, white screening before screening a darker-furred pooch would help clean up the coloring and avoid color distortion from the color of the socks selected.

Have not received my entire order. I have attempted to contact the company for an explanation as to why I did not receive what I paid for. No response after 5 days.

My order was completely wrong and it’s been over a week of emailing and I have received no response. It’s not even the right animal on the socks I bought. My cat is not on the socks, it’s two dogs. I don't even own dogs, I don’t know who these dogs belong to. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I lost my money and a Christmas gift for my wife.
