I ordered my socks over a month ago and they never arrived 😭 my shipment never arrived at ups. So disappointed

Got socks with photo outs a random dog. THAT’S NOT MY DOG. And there socks were a weird material.

They sent me the wrong order with someone else's dogs. No one will reply or help me.

Please contact me back. I have received someone else's order and no one in the company has responded despite all of my efforts to get in touch for over a week now.

I emailed after receiving the wrong pair of socks. I messaged on Facebook. On instagram, on their site and their help line. No response. The socks took a long time to get 1 month. I don’t think the problem will be corrected so I went with a competitor. Hopefully the family that got mine will be able to get in contact. I wish I could send these to their rightful owners- looked like a cute pup. Mine were for a cat mom lol

I was so excited to receive these socks as a Christmas present for my wife. The ordering process was easy and the editing and images on the socks look great. The print quality was actually better than I expected, but…. The material is horrible. Thin, almost plastic-like coating on the outside that remind me more of compression socks than real socks. They are super unattractive and I was too embarrassed to actually wrap them up and put them under the tree. I gave them to her early and she has yet to wear them. Super disappointed in the quality of the material considering the price.

I never got my product - I have followed up with customer service two times. It shipped two weeks ago. Help!? updating this to say: product still not here. I have contacted them three times in 13 days and have heard nothing. usps still is "awaiting the package". this company is a scam and I am filing with the BBB. I am updating this to say that while pupsocks did finally reply to me, when I wrote back to them, the email bounced back. What gives?

They arrived ahead of schedule. Oh my gosh! Adorable! They look just like my cat, Steve. Steve worships my husband (the confirmed dog guy). I hope they fit my husband's size 14 feet, but if not, they'll fit mine. Can't wait to order some for me.
