Pupsocks sent the wrong size product. You cannot call them as they don't list a phone number. When you email them the email bounces back as undeliverable. If you message their chat service on their website they do not respond (it has been 5 days without a response). Their executives don't answer linkedin messages. I definitely do not recommend doing business with PupSocks. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

I placed an order never got a confirmation received an email you were working on my order reached out for status of order and still have not received a response but received this survey????

Cheap out on their shipping. But the product finally showed up and it looks great. Updating review to reflect great product poor shipping service.

I love them! They were made exactly as described, fast shipping, and tracking was easy.

This company is unreachable via phone or email and the product is cheap looking Very disappointed...

I placed order # 2664827 on 12/2/2021 and received an email indicating it had shipped on 12/4/2021 via UPS Mail Innovations (USPS). After many emails to Pupsocks I have yet to receive a response. I finally contacted UPS on 12/17/2021 and they informed me the tracking number was processed by Pupsocks but they have yet to receive the shipment from Pupsocks. At this point I am beginning to feel this is a scam. I should have checked their reviews before placing my order because this seems to be how they operate. Since this was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter I am now forced to scramble and find something else for her. I worked in the customer service business for 38 years and know this type of performance will be the death of this company. UPDATE: I did finally receive my order but was never able to track it and never got a response from customer service. On a positive note the blanket was exactly what we were looking for. This was gift for our 9 yr old granddaughter. She has 2 dogs and one of them is 16 yrs old so we wanted to give her something that will be a keepsake. The quality of the product is great. They just need to invest in more customer service so it matches the product quality.

Ordered almost a month ago and still have not received the socks. Tried reaching out to customer service two weeks ago and have not heard anything back. Will not order anything from here again.
