The quality is fine. And the blankets are great. But the socks have someone else’s animals on them and I got no response when I reached out to company

I ordered these as a Christmas gift. I sent poor quality photos which required editing. The socks look AMAZING and I cannot wait to see the reaction on Christmas Day.

This is my 4th purchase from Pup Socks and they nail it every time. I absolutely love their products and always my go to for my fur parents. Thank you for making my gifts so perfect. Shelley

I ordered socks and a face mask. I received the face mask but not the socks. I checked and Pupsocks seems to think that my order is complete. I've used their website and sent emails. The only response that I receive is an automated response that they will get back to me in 72 hours. The first time that I reached out to them was December 6. This is December 18 and I have not been contacted. BTW -- they do not have a phone number for their customer service! I will never order again from this company!! No customer service! I am extremely disappointed -- the socks and face mask were Christmas gifts. I highly recommend that you DO NOT order from this company!

Wasn’t sure the picture we downloaded would work but the image on the socks was perfect! A very cute product that we are gifting for Christmas. Sure they will delight!

Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered 3 pair of the pup socks and 1 came damaged. I’ve tried to reach out to the company numerous times and they have never responded. I’m reporting them to my credit card company
