I received my item and was surprised at the fabric. It feels really thick and not something that I would imagine being very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, my item came with a very noticeable pick on the very front of the package. I reached out to customer service and provided photos. A week later and I have still not received a response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, but in its current state cannot be given.

Ordered socks and the photo I provided (my dog has a black face) did not look good on red socks. No place did it say to use a lighter sock if your pet is dark. Cute but beware of what you order. Also said it would ship in 8 days which it did not and no response from company when asked for updated shipping. Says 100% guarantee for satisfaction and once again, no response!

I was sent the wrong order. When I contacted them, they apologized and told me they would get another order printed. I asked if it could be rushed because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and was given a form response about production times. I asked to cancel my order since it wouldn't arrive by Christmas and was told it would be a $9 charge. So now I don't have the gift in time and can't cancel it without paying even though it was their mistake.

I received the wrong socks. (The image was not what I sent in) There is no phone number to contact them, I send them an email & it said I would receive a response after 72 hours. These we supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I order socks and sent in a picture of my dog after waiting a few weeks I finally received my order but was not my dog it was someone else's cat!! Sent an email to customer service and still have not received a response back. I don't want my order anymore was supposed to be a Christmas gift but way to late to wait for the correct socks when it's been several days and no one had gotten back to me!

Such a great idea! Can’t wait to give as a Christmas gift.

The socks I received had someone else’s dogs on them. I paid over $50 for 2 pair of socks. I order these early because they were Christmas gifts. Guess that didn’t work out. Now I have one week to come up with something.

Adorable socks! Can’t wait for the recipients to open them on Christmas morning!!!
