I was sent the wrong socks. I have emailed and tried calling and no one has gotten back to me. I bought as a Christmas present and want the right ones. Please help!

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered socks (with our dog who recently passed away) for my daughter for Christmas … they sent me socks with a girl’s face on them … didn’t even match my order number! I reached out to get a refund and they replied that I never ordered from them! Scammers!

The socks arrived in a timely fashion. However, I was disappointed in the quality. Furthermore, the were snagged. I attempted to contact PupSocks via their webpage. No one replied to the email contact request. I would not recommend this company due to the inability to contact them about the product concern.

The look really good. We will see how my spouse like them for Xmas when she opens her gift.

While it took a while before we received the socks (shipping delays), the wait was well worth it. We just love how they turned out and I'm sure my daughter-in-law will love them.

I am absolutely irate about ordering from this company. I received a shipping an email about two weeks ago. I waited a week for it to show anything other than a shipping label to be created. Nothing ever happened, it was never picked up from the company. I Facebook messaged the company and received an auto response to email instead because it’d take 24 hours for a response. I emailed a week ago. Never received a response from either place. I emailed again after 24 hours and received an email stating it could take up to 72 hours for a response. After 72 hours I emailed again and yet I never received a response. I’m beyond irritated and will now have to dispute this transaction through the bank. This company evidently is fake and is just taking money I suppose since I can’t seem to get a response or my package.

A fun present but actual sock quality is very poor

I ordered these socks on Nov 16 for a late November birthday gift. When that didn't happen I decided to make them a Christmas gift. It's not looking likely. They were 'shipped' on Nov 26. I've made repeated requests to customer service to look into this and have only received automated email messages in return.
