All around bad experience
The socks are not cut to fit like actual socks, the fabric is an odd not sock like material and they messed up our order, reached out to customer service 5 days ago and no response.

Still not turned up yet
My order was placed at the end of November. The last update was on 4th December saying my order was on its way but I’ve heard nothing in the last 3 weeks. I have sent three emails and have received absolutely NO REPLIES. Awful customer service

I ordered the socks on 11/30 and…
I ordered the socks on 11/30 and received them on 12/18, almost 3 weeks later. I was no longer in CA when they arrived, but had already flown back home for the holidays. Now I can't give them as a Christmas gift as was the plan. I emailed the company to ask they ship another pair to MA where I am now but haven't heard back.

Placed an order a month ago. Have yet to receive a shipping notification. Reached out to customer service, haven’t heard a word. Very disappointing.

Zero stars this company sucks!!! I ordered stuff on Nov 13 didn't receive my order until Dec 15 contacted them several times,never could get an answer out of them where my order was or what happened just a bunch bs sorry's.reason I don't order stuff online always an issue and non caring company.
