I’m actually disappointed that the socks came out so dark. I would have thought there would be a vetting process to make adjustments as the end user doesn’t get a chance to review.

I placed my order and a week later received the socks. The incorrect socks were emailed to me (the socks I received picture a child - no one that I know). I contacted customer service. Received automated response saying I would get a response within 72 hours. It has now been 2 weeks. I will be disputing the charge via American Express. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
