These socks are HUGE - would not order again
These socks are HUGE! They are not the size of normal socks. I think they could fit on my arm. I would not recommend at all.

We want another chance to make it right! Please keep an eye out for an email from our team! We appreciate your business and patience. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team

Where is my order?
I also have not received my order that was placed at Thanksgiving. UPS says “ We normally conduct an investigation for lost shipments however we are unable to place an investigation for this particular package since the shipper prefers to handle shipment issues. Please contact your shipper immediately to report this problem.” However, pupsocks is not responding.

Order finally received after almost three weeks.
I received an email saying that my order was shipped on December 4th- it is now December 20th, and the order still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to their customer service team twice about this issue, and have heard nothing back. EDIT: I finally got the blanket (and a response). The blanket was great, just as expected, but the company needs to scale up to provide better communication during peak periods, such as Christmas.

Good, bad & frustrating
I ordered a lot. The first order had two different pairs of socks featuring Maple, one pair of socks of our dog and a fourth pair of my nephew’s dog. Half the order came in correctly, but the socks of our dog and the second pair featuring Maple were replaced with socks of dogs we don’t know and on backgrounds not requested. I’m worried we got someone else’s order. I have emailed customer service but have yet to hear from them. Happily, The second and third orders came in correctly featuring the family pets on the blankets as requested. The blankets were super yummy soft. But, I have $60 wasted on 2 pairs of socks with dogs I don’t know. I was sad that the website lead me to believe the order would be turned around more quickly than was possible. So, the blankets will be super late to the recipients. Stressful & disappointing. Extra money was spent to replace gifts that didn’t arrive.

Hi Lauren, Thank you so much for your honest feedback! It was not our intention to send you someone else's special gift and for that, we are deeply saddened. In order for us to improve as a company, and not make these kinds of fulfillment mishaps, we take your feedback extremely serious. Please keep an eye out for an email from our team. We appreciate your business and thank you for your honest feedback. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team

Hello, customer service?
Unfortunately this seems like my last resort for reaching customer service, as I haven’t been able to get a response via email. Got a product shipped notice on 12/4, but the tracking info provided has not updated as of 12/20 and customer service hasn’t responded to inquiries for over 6 business days. Will be happy to change this review if anyone ever answers and if I ever receive the product ordered. Thanks!

Hi Kylie, Thank you for your feedback! We are extremely sad you didn't receive your order when originally expected, and for that, we apologize. Due to COVID shipping guidelines, your delivery expectation window was altered. After looking into your order specifically, we see it was indeed delivered on Christmas Eve. As always, we appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you for your business and patience! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team

So disappointed in this company
So disappointed in this company. We only received part of our order. After multiple emails, there was no way to contact the company. Furthermore, when I called the phone number associated with the charge that I saw on the credit card statement, there was insistence that I take some $100 Walmart gift card. I asked to be forwarded to the company to discuss my situation, and the assistant hung up on me. I have contested the charges for the missing items, and would not recommend ordering from this company at all in the future. I also want to note that the other reviews here that show a service phone number for help are totally bogus. The phone numbers send you to scammers who tell you they can refund an order, but in doing so they try to get you to download a team view program - which can gain access to your personal computer information. My suggestion, if you have paid for an order that is not received, is to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. They are able to help!
