Love how custom you could make it!

ordered my products in november 23rd and they were shipped december 4th and as of december 20th i still haven’t received my order. a month for some socks is pretty terrible even considering other issues. i wish i could speak on the quality of the product but i don’t even have it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Follow up: They only responded to my inquiry email from December 20th Today, January 12th. Take what you will from their customer service. You could probably find a better deal on custom printed 'pupsocks' from a local provider.

Very disappointed. I waited over a month for my order to arrive for Christmas. It arrived the week of Christmas and it was not even my order. Such a shame. And when I tried to contact the company about my order being delayed they never responded to me.

These socks work as a gag gift or a gift to smile at. The good part ends there. The socks themselves are HORRIBLE! Way uncomfortable. Very dissatisfied. Paid a small fortune for these damn things for them never to be worn. If I could get my money back, I would in a heartbeat. John Dissatisfied in New Orleans. ‘Merry Christmas! One of the three sets of socks was PERFECT, but the other two left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was that one of these must have been a shipping error, as we received someone else's pet! The last of the three orders had a really wonky crop to it, and it just didn't look all that great. Contrast of the print on all of the socks we received also left a little to be desired, but certainly not my biggest issue with the order. I'd encourage people ordering to make sure their pet's photo is perfectly straight on to make their job of cropping the photo easier, and make sure the photo is brightly lit with plenty of contrast. It's a cool product idea, but execution on my order was simply lacking.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I felt it important to share my experience. First of all, I received my order after nearly 30 days when the website said 8-10 business days. This was my initial frustration and felt like false advertising. Then, when I finally received my delayed order, one pair was completely wrong. It was of a cat, not the two dogs I had put the order in for. It was supposed to be a present for Christmas and I didn’t have time for a return so was kinda a dud of a gag gift. I’ve contacted the company for a full refund and waiting to hear back. It says they won’t be able to respond for up to 72 hours? The second pair was done correctly but the youth size for kids is HUGE! I got them for my 4 year old knowing they’d probably be big, but they nearly fit my size 10 foot… doesn’t seem like a youth XS. She will eventually grow into them and does like them so that’s good. While a cute product and concept, I don’t see myself ordering from here again.
