Wrong socks,. wrong picture totally ruined Christmas gift. Thanks for everything!!!!

I ordered four items. Three were correct. One was in the wrong color with a dog on it that is not mine. I contacted Pup Socks to rectify this. Several weeks later I still have not received a response. Would not recommend.

Received socks a month after ordering and my dogs photo was not on them. Instead received socks with two u known dogs. No response to my email inquiry .

I ordered 2 pairs of socks and after 2 or 3 weeks only one pair came in the mail and it says the order was delivered. I reached out to customer service and they said they would respond in 72 hours due to busy-ness but it has been over that time frame w/o a response. I liked the one pair that I received though.

Since you sent the wrong order, then I was told my order could not be filled. I would get a refund. Tried to get a refund and was hacked by you or whoever you have who pretends to give refunds. I'd say I will never order from you again.

Was super disappointed to receive the wrong order :( Gift was supposed to be for a Secret Santa. Tried contacting to remedy the issue but no response on their end. Don't expect quality or speedy response time.

The design was well done but the fabric is absolutely terrible.
