Pictures are cute but they seem narrowed. Texture of the socks is super weird. Price goes up for every different picture. Can’t say I’d do this again. The sock texture is the biggest negative.

I NEVER GOT MY ORDER THAT WAS PLACED OVER A MONTH AGO. THE ORDER SAYS THAT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED. THEY GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER BUT UPS DOES NOT SHOW IT BEING SHIPPED. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED !!!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY.😡

TERRIBLE!!!! I received the wrong order and after multiple attempts no one has responded. No chat feature or phone number to contact and the email bounces back.

The custom photo looks good but the quality of the socks is quite low. Too expensive for such cheap materials.

The socks are so cute, but they’re huge!! I ordered a size small, as my foot is a size 6 and small was 4-8 they fit my husbands size 13 mens foot.. They also took FOREVER to arrive, the shipping said they were due to arrive 12/13 and I didn’t receive them until 12/22. Couldn’t get an answer back from customer service about where my order was either.. Overall, I wouldn’t use this company again.

Poor customer service. Received email saying socks had shipped with a tracking number. Tracking says "shipment ready for UPS" which means this hasn't even started shipping. I was told it was shipped 2 weeks ago. Avoid this company. Hopefully American Express can get me a refund from this scam.

Sadly, this is one of the gifts I was most excited about giving and yet the most disappointed with once received. I ordered the socks back on Nov. 20th thinking I had plenty of time to receive them in time for our gift exchange on Dec. 12th. The website was advertising 5-8 business days. I sadly did not receive them until after the event and the head on the socks looked like the dog I had submitted had been stung by a bumblebee. The fluffy hair was completely gone and the face was almost double in size. The eyes and coloring were the only things that even let me know they had used the picture I had submitted. For the price I was charged, I was expecting a much better product. Mine looks nothing like the quality that was advertised on the site.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! This company is a scam. I sent in a picture of my dog and in return I got random pictures of cats. Now I haven't been able to reach out to customer service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
