I only recieved half of my order. When I track my order is says it was completely ordered. I can not get intouch with anyone from the organization.

Honestly, I have no idea how my socks are. I ordered 24 days ago and still don’t have them. I suspect that has more to do with the shipping than pupsocks, but I couldn’t find a number to call. I emailed, but have not heard back yet.

The graphics on the socks are really cute and well done, but the material of the socks sadly is terrible. Not worth the money, unless sock quality is improved.

Not happy. I received socks, but they were not what I ordered. I contacted the company in this regard a number of days ago, but the company's statement that I would receive a response within 72 hours has not proven to be the case.

Never received my product. Ordered 2 orders 4 blankets. And I received nothing. I emailed multiple times. Very upset with your company. I ordered something that I would cherish.

I received the incorrect order and have been unable to get a hold of customer service. I wish they had a better response system to help sort out their mistakes. Bummer - such a good idea with such terrible follow through.

The shipping was delayed so they gave me a pretty good coupon which I appreciated. However the photo did not look very good on the socks as it was too dark and you couldn’t even tell where my dogs eyes were. Everything else was fine.
