Ordered a pair of socks and a blanket. I received the blanket weeks ago but never the socks. Easy mistake but I have reached out to customer service twice inquiring about the missing socks and only receive auto reply email stating I would hear from someone within 72 hrs...been waiting two weeks and nothing

I'm satisfied with my order, even though the shipping was delayed. However, I'm not satisfied with the customer service I received. I was offered a 50% off coupon for a future order (for the shipping delay) and the representative would not honor it. I even emailed a screenshot of the email. The representative was not helpful and rude with her remarks. I can provide a copy of the correspondence if needed.

I ordered blue socks with a custom photo of an Irish wolfhound dog, I got rainbow socks with someone else’s Lhasa Apso dog face… total fail and really disappointing.

I ordered 2 pair of socks (each pair was different) and only received one of the pairs. I have tried to contact PupSocks twice via email (the only way to get in touch with them) and have not received any response - first attempt was a couple of weeks ago, second attempt was about 9 days ago. Still no response. I am going to have to dispute the charge. Very disappointed.

Sock material is good quality, but the image I sent was made very dark. I’m not sure why that would happen (the picture I sent wasn’t dark), but for anyone getting these, make sure the picture you send is very bright.

Company never sent a package and then claimed it was my responsibility to follow up with the vendor. Scam do not use

i purchased this pair of socks for my daughter, whose year old golden retriever is her whole world! She will not be opening these until Christmas however I know she will love them. The socks are of beautiful quality, and the pictures of her pup look exactly like i plucked them from a picture!

Horrible customer service Lost package and can’t get a response
