The socks and face mask turned out perfect! The socks are a little weird, style-wise, but love the faces!

I received the wrong product in the mail which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have been trying to contact the company many times over the past several days and have not heard back whatsoever. I am very disappointed.

I order a children’s size and these socks fit me. The calf size is huge and the material feels like cheap polyester. I’m mortified I spent $50 on 2 pairs of sock I can’t give to my grandkids.

I ordered blankets that said 5 business days with covid precautions and I will not get my delivery by Christmas and I ordered it Dec 8th. This is so very disappointing and a lot longer than what the notice says. If you buy make sure to order 2 months before you need it.

Super cute socks. Can’t wait to give them to my step daughter for Christmas. Love that both of her dogs could be on the socks she will love these!

My order sat in “in production” status for several weeks. When I emailed customer service I got no response. Strike one and two. They ship using “UPS Mail Innovations” which gives no tracking information and is pretty much useless. Now, a few days shy of a full month later, I finally receive my order. I’m satisfied with the quality of the product, although the photos came out a bit darker than the originals I sent, but that’s how these things go. The ignored email to customer service and bargain basement shipping has me saying I won’t be ordering again, nor can I recommend Pup Socks to my pet-loving friends and family. It’s a great idea, just poorly executed.

The picture of my dog is such a dark shade of gray on the socks that you can barely tell what it is :( It also took way longer than I thought to receive them, and when I contacted customer service to find out what the delay was, I never got a response. My socks arrived the following day.
