I ordered a custom pair of socks for a Christmas gift before Thanksgiving. I got the socks but they were nothing like what I ordered. By the time customer service returned my message, the order wasn't completed in time to get them for Christmas. My estimated delivery date isn't until Dec.29. This was a very disappointing experience. I have not received the socks yet so I am only hoping they turn out like what I ordered.

I ordered 2 pairs of custom socks and only received one pair :( paid for 2 and only got one in the mail. Contacted support and never heard back. Very disappointed.

Received an email my order shipped on 12/6. To date, USPS has not received the item which indicates the scam a label was created but we have not actually mailed it. I have reached out to customer service via every avenue possible. All emails have been returned with an error code. FB says to email and there is no phone number. You should be ashamed of yourselves for using folks love of animals to put a scam. I will be filing complaints and contacting my bank to initiate a refund.

I placed an order in November to give this as a gift to my nephew so he could carry his dog close to him after the dog passed away suddenly. It is now Dec 23, and still have not received the order and now have nothing to give him for Christmas.

I ordered two pairs of identical socks (Hawaiian print with my dog on them). Instead, I received one pair with my dog, and another pair with a stranger’s dog on them.

I got two pairs of customized socks for Christmas gifts. the way you describe how you want your pictures to be, is exactly how they turn out. the picture is very clear on the socks and they came out very cute! hope to order soon for another gift. the plaid ones have a different texture from the multi face socks but they look great!

Ordered my socks November 28. It's already December 22 and still waiting for my items. Sent pupsocks a few emails and messages a few days ago but never heard back from them! Received the review request even before my items and a response from them. Bad customer service. I get it, it's the holiday and "pandemic" but I think quality of service should not be sacrificed. I need my money back! This is unacceptable and not professional.
